2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 238 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2)/115/109/352 of the BNS.

3. The petitioner is the son who has assaulted his father and caused injuries. He is in jail since 30.08.2024.

4. This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail in the trial after the deposition of the informant is recorded.
