JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 13-05-2015 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for modification of the order dated 27.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41493 of 2014. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

By the aforementioned order dated 27.03.2015, the petitioner was directed to be released on provisional bail in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of passing of the order.

In that view of the matter, the prayer for extension of time for surrender before the Court below as directed by the order dated 27.03.2015 is allowed. In case the petitioner surrenders within two weeks from today, he is directed to be released on provisional bail in terms of the order dated 27.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41493 of 2014.
