This modification application has been filed for the modification of the order dated 25.06.2021, passed in Cr. Misc. No.1580 of 2021, by which the petitioner has undertaken to deposit the amount of Rs.16,14,111.00/- (Rupees Sixteen Lakhs Fourteen Thousand One Hundred and Eleven) in four equal installments within eight months and in failure to do so, it was directed that the court below is at liberty to cancel the bail bond. He was directed to deposit his first installment in first week of August, 2021.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had earlier filed a modification application for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35064 of 2022(2) dt.27-07-2022 2/2 extension of time to deposit the undertaken amount. By order dated 22.12.2021, he was granted eight weeks further time to do so.

Now, the petitioner has filed this modification application for extension of time to deposit the rest three installments as undertaken.

Prayer is allowed.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, one year time from today is granted to deposit the rest three installments, subject to deposit of Rs.5000/- (Five Thousand Rupees) in the Victim Compensation Fund from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Gwalapara P.S. Case No. 21 of 2017, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M, Madhepura.

The order dated 25.06.2021 is modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
