JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 7.3.2018, seeks bail in Panjwara PS Case No. 107 of 2017 registered under Section 392 of the IPC.
The allegation in brief is that the informant was robbed of rupees two lakh and odd amount of cash by two unknown miscreants.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's name transpired in the confessional statement of Md. Ashfaque Ansari, however there is neither any recovery from the petitioner nor he was put on TIP, besides this Md. Ashfaque Ansari was admitted to bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 10144 of 2018 and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Gaffar Ansari is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Banka in connection with Panjwara PS Case No. 107 of 2017.
