The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections- 302/201/120B of the I.P.C. and 3 (I) (X) 2 (V) SC/ST Act on 08.02.15 in the instant case. The prosecution case in short is that on the basis of written report dated 31.12.14 of the informant namely Umda Devi, the instant case has been registered on the same day against unknown culprits & it is alleged inter alia that her son has been kidnapped by the unknown persons to commit some untoward happenings.

On behalf of the petitioner, it is submitted that the petitioner is wife of the deceased and she has illicit relation with the Mukhiya of the Panchayat and for the said reason the

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in course of investigation. Considering the facts aforesaid that there is no specific allegation except for suspicion against the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Kisanpur P.S. Case No. 229/14, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438 (2) Cr.P.C..
