2. The petitioners have prayed for regular bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 414, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per FIR, the allegation against the petitioners is of preparing for committing an offence and it is further alleged that several weapons including illegal arms and ammunition were also recovered from them. It is further stated that all petitioners belongs to Uttar Pradesh and they were staying in rental house of one Yogi Sah.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. They have committed no offence. The petitioners have no concern with the alleged arms and cartridges, which were seized by the police. Only on the basis of suspicion, petitioners have implicated in the present case by the police due to their criminal antecedents. They are languishing in judicial custody since 03.04.2022.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount
