The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 302/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant is brother-in-law of deceased Puja Kumari. The informant suspects that parents of Puja have committed her murder for the reason that they wanted to grab the land of the wife of the informant.

The petitioner is not parent of Puja nor there is any direct evidence against the petitioner that he involved in the murder of Puja Kumari. The petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete.

No.14914 of 2019(3) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No.297 of 2018, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below having immovable property in his name.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
