Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was withdrawn on 12.03.2015 with liberty to the petitioner to surrender in the court below and pray for regular bail.

The petitioner again filed this petition stating that the petitioner is ready to deposit the entire amount which is said to have been defalcated and misappropriated by the petitioner. There is allegation against the petitioner that he put forged signature of different account-holders and withdrew the amount from the different accounts.

Considering the facts that the petitioner being the

Accordingly, the same is rejected in Andar P.S. Case No. 86 of 2014, pending before the court of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Siwan.
