2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 445 of 2024 registered for offences under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 108, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. From the FIR and the materials available on record it appears that deceased who was the wife of the petitioner no. 01, after some quarrel with the petitioners consumed poison and committed suicide. There is no material to support the fact that the petitioners were involved in torturing the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are quite innocent and have not committed any offence. There is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioners.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui/concerned court below in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 445 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S., 2023.

8. This application for anticipatory bail stands allowed.
