JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-07-2020 Heard Mr. Umesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ram Bachan Singh, learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 29.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46906 of 2019, whereby he was granted anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of passing of the order. The petitioner could not surrender within the aforesaid stipulated period.

For the reasons stated in the application, the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner for modification of the order, referred to above, is allowed.

No.14929 of 2020(2) dt.03-07-2020 2/2 In case the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, he shall be accorded the privilege under the order dated 29.07.2019 but all the terms and conditions which have been imposed in the aforesaid order shall subsist.

The order dated 29.07.2019 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

The modification application stands allowed.
