JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER ----------- 13-08-2015 Learned AC to SC-XXII appearing on behalf of the Stateappellant submits that in view of the Notification No.1544 dated 03.12.2014 issued by the Department of Revenue and Land Reforms (Land Acquisition Directorate), Government of Bihar, Patna, the State-appellant has decided not to prefer the appeal in the land acquisition matter up-to the amount of Rs.3,00,000/- and it was also decided to withdraw the appeal up-to the amount of Rs.3,00,000/-.

In that view of the matter, learned AC to SC-XXII appearing on behalf of the State-appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal. Permission is accorded.

This appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
