JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 09-02-2017 The petitioner has sought upgradation of Middle School, Rahta Chaumukh Tola Gram Panchayat in the District of Madhepura up to High School in view of the policy decision of the State Government.

We do not find that the petitioner is entitled to seek intervention of this Court for upgradation of School. The guidelines framed by the State Government are directory in nature and it is for the State Government to decide as to which school is required to be upgraded in the village. We do not find any reason to intervene in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6924 of 2016 dt.09-02-2017 2/2 present public interest writ application.

Writ application stands dismissed.
