Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. This writ application has been filed after service of two advance copies on 21.04.2016 to the office of learned Advocate General, but unfortunately till date the respondents have not chosen to file counter affidavit.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7209 of 2016 (2) dt.05-02-2018 2/2 periods. The writ application contains various disputed question of fact for which it is not possible for the Court to enter into the merit of the case.

Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file exhaustive representation before the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, within a period of one month from today enclosing all the relevant records and it shall be the responsibility of the respondent Director, Primary Education to examine the relevant records and on being satisfied by the genuineness of the claim of the petitioner, the Director, Primary Education will pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
