The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

As per the prosecution case, 60 litres of Kerosene Oil which was seized from a motorcycle is suspected to be taken from this petitioner who is PDS dealer for black-marketing. It is submitted that PDS license of the petitioner has been cancelled by the SDO vide order dated 19.06.2020 whereas, the alleged occurrence has taken place on 15.12.2021 and as such allegation of taking kerosene oil from the petitioner does not arise. Entire allegation is false and baseless.
