This appeal is put up today for hearing of only the cross-objection filed under Order 41 Rule 22 of the Code of Civil Procedure as the appeal filed by the State of Bihar has already been dismissed on 05.08.1992 and accordingly, the dismissal order was also passed on 24.08.1992.

On the preceding date also i.e. 08.12.2015, no one appeared on behalf of the respondent to argue for hearing of the cross-objection.
