This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Sitamarhi P.S.Case NO.463 of 2015 , G.R.No.2133 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(b)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the mother-in-law and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and one of co-accused i.e. father-in-law has already been granted bail, vide order dated 12.7.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.27993 of 2017 and she is in custody for more than a month.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, and from perusal of Annexure4, it

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40296 of 2017 (2) dt.25-08-2017 2/2 appears that the case of other accused persons has already been committed to the court of sessions, as such the learned court below is directed to amalgamate this case with the sessions trial of the other-accused persons and once the commitment has been made, the learned court below shall release the petitioner in connection with Sitamarhi P.S.Case No.463 of 2015, G.R.No.2133 of 2015 to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Sitamarhi. With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
