JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-07-2016 The present application has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report in connection with Ara Muffassil P.S. Case No. 397 of 2015, registered under Sections 324, 326, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report, but his name subsequently sprang up during investigation on the statement of driver and there is specific accusation against the First Information Report named accused persons. This Court is not inclined to interfere at this stage.

The application is disposed of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18499 of 2016 (2) dt.01-07-2016 with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the contentions after submission of Final Report under Section 173 (2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) P.K./- U T
