08-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.
The petitioner, who is a lady and having clean antecedent, which fact has been stated in paragraph 3 of the petition, has prayed for grant of bail in G.O. Excise Case No. 367 of 2018, arising out of Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 200 of 2018, registered for offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the death of her husband, petitioner started residing in her parental house and since there was some dispute regarding property, on false accusation, it was shown, as if, petitioner had kept about 35 liters of Indian make foreign liquor. Be that as it may, considering the fact that petitioner is

No.27880 of 2018(2) dt.08-05-2018 2/2 a lady, having clean antecedent and nature of accusation, let the petitioner namely Mala Devi be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge IV-cum-Special Judge, Darbhanga in connection with G.O. Excise Case No. 367 of 2018, arising out of Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 200 of 2018.
