The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 567 of 2019 (arising out of Complaint Case No. 684 of 2017) registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case and the offences, as alleged against the petitioners, are baseless. It is further submitted that the land sold by the petitioner no. 1 in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13723 of 2020(2) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 favour of petitioner no. 3 is of his own share, in which, petitioner no. 2 is witness and land is also mutated in the name of petitioners no. 1. The petitioner no. 1 is also paying tax for the land. It is further submitted that a partition suit is also pending between the parties, vide Partition Suit No. 25 of 1991. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 567 of 2019, subject to condition, as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
