The petitioner no. 1 is reported to have died during the pendency of this petition.

As such, the application with respect to petitioner no. 1 has become infructuous.

The petition with respect to petitioner no. 1 stands dismissed as having become infructuous.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16368 of 2016(2) dt.10-09-2020 2/2 So far as the petitioners no. 2, 3 and 4 are concerned, they seek quashing of the FIR of Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 53 of 2015 dated 17.04.2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 465, 467, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

This case is of the year 2015 and it has been informed that charge sheet in this case has already been submitted.

In that view of the matter, this petition has become infructuous.

The petitioners no. 2, 3 and 4 would be at liberty to avail of their remedies to which they are entitled.

The petition with respect to petitioners no. 2, 3 and 4 stands dismissed as having become infructuous with the aforesaid observation.
