2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. There is direct allegation of committing rape against the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 31.10.2023.

4. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. This application for regular bail is dismissed.

5. The court below is directed to expedite the trial
