In this case, the petitioner is praying for bail in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 453 of 2015 for offence under Section 3⁄4 of the explosive Substance Act and Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act.

Earlier the petitioner had moved before this Court with a prayer for bail in Cr. Misc. No. 17087 of 2016 and this Court vide order dated 26.04.2016 rejected the same with a direction to the court below to expedite and conclude the trial within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order.

A report dated 17.7.2017 has been submitted by the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15381 of 2017 (4) dt.02-08-2017 VIth Additional District & Sessions Judge, Gaya, wherein, it has been recorded that three witnesses are still to be examined. Let the Presiding Officer should conclude the trial within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
