The petitioner seeks bail in Buxar (Industrial) P.S. Case No. 97 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code. FIR is against unknown for theft of ornaments and other articles from the house of informant.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of this petitioner surfaced in this case during course of investigation. No looted article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has not been put on test identification parade till date. Petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2021.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15887 of 2022(2) dt.17-05-2022 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Industrial) P.S. Case No. 97 of 2021.
