The petitioners four in number apprehend their arrest in Pratapganj P.S. Case No. 67/2015, G.R. No. 767/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that he along with officers had gone to measure different lands of Khata no. 254, but petitioners during measurement protested; they did not like that informant and others to measure the lands and demarcate the same. It is submitted that there is no order passed in Case No. 118/13, but petitioners made a peaceful protest.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16933 of 2016 (2) dt.13-05-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Birpur in connection with Pratapganj P.S. Case No. 67/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
