1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners requests that this writ application may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file representation along with all the relevant documents in support of his claim before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3985 of 2023(5) dt.12-10-2023 2/2 District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Kishanganj (respondent no.3).

3. In view of the prayer made on behalf of the petitioners, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to file a representation before the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Kishanganj (respondent no.3) within a period of four weeks from today.

4. In the event, such representation is filed by the petitioners, the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Kishanganj (respondent no. 3) shall examine the claim of the petitioners and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties preferably within a period of six months thereafter.
