Petitioner, already in custody since 16.3.2018, seeks bail in Ekma PS Case No. 18 of 2018, registered under Section 392 of the IPC.

Submission is that neither the motorcycle or the mobile robbed in the present case has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor he was put on TIP and only material transpired against him is disclosure of his name by co-accused Laloo Nut who has been admitted to bail by this Court.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner Kundan Nut. is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM lst, Saran in connection with Ekma PS Case No. 18 of 2018.
