Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bagaha P.S. Case No. 674 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the Informant incessantly by means of Lathi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. There is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the fact that there is direct allegation against the petitioner of assaulting the Informant which fact is

No.27896 of 2021(3) dt.11-08-2021 2/2 corroborated by perusing the injury report in which Doctor has opined grievous injury caused by hard and blunt substance, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
