2. The petitioners apprehends their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498A and 506 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 59 of 2014.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners being the husband of the opposite party no. 2 and his family members, have been falsely implicated in the complaint filed on 18.01.2014 in retaliation to the petition filed earlier on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26921 of 2014 (3) dt.26-08-2015 05.12.2013 by the petitioner no. 1 (husband) in Matrimonial Case No. 147 of 2013 seeking restitution of conjugal rights.
4. Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 appears and has been heard.
5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners by order dated 19.11.2014 pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Complaint Case No. 59 of 2014 is hereby confirmed.
