JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 27-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 289 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 27.12.2018. He further submits that there is land dispute between the parties and the allegation of giving spade blow is on the co-accused Devendra Mahto.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than three months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
