JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 21.2.2018, seeks bail in Teghra PS Case No. 217 of 2015 registered under Sections 302/34, 120B of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The allegation in brief is that the FIR named accused persons quarreled with the informant while his dog started barking, it is alleged that one Amit Kumar @ Munna and Balram Kumar started assaulting the informant and when his grand-son came for rescue then Amit shot at him Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR though there is specific allegation of killing informant's grand-son against Amit Kumar @ Mannu, however similarly situated another co-accused Rupesh Kumar has been admitted to bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 17636 of 2018 and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Gorelal Rai is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Begusarai in connection with Teghra PS Case No. 217 of 2015.
