By the order dated 30.03.2015 the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhabua directed the petitioner to pay Rs.4,000/- under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act in Matrimonial Case No.20 of 2013.

From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the court below considered some of the evidences and materials brought before the Court and recorded the finding that the petitioner deals with the marvel, Real Estate Consultant in Mumbai.

In such view of the matter, I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order, particularly when the order passed by the court below is based on evidence. Therefore, this writ application is dismissed.
