The petitioner, in custody since 12.02.2018, seeks bail in connection with Rail Danapur P.S.Case No. 8 of 2018 registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that petitioner pick-pocketed the mobile of the informant and apprehended after chase and mobile was recovered from his possession.

Submission is that a quarrel took place between the petitioner and the informant, therefore, he has been falsely implicated by the informant and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Dharmesh Kumar @ Niraj Kumar is directed to be released on bail, after framing of charge, upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28669 of 2018(3) dt.15-05-2018 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Railway, Patna in connection with Danapur Rail P.S. Case No. 8 of 2018.
