The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3 (I) (X) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and Section 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged against the petitioner that he abused the informant by calling caste name and also pointed the pistol on the informant which was snatched by the informant and handed over to the police.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to petty dispute, the accusation has been levelled and the recovery has not been made from the petitioner. Moreover, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20931 of 2015 (2) dt.23-06-2015 2/2 pistol was found not loaded. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 63 of 2015 pending in the court of learned CJM, Bhabua (Kaimur). Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
