Lastly, the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 18.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14763 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that three prosecution witnesses, including the informant, have been examined and none of them have supported the prosecution case. The petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2020. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
