The slip for listing was filed pursuant to notice dated 08th May 2019, published prior to the vacation. Matter is, accordingly, taken up for consideration as both parties are present and willing to assist the Court for disposal of the matter.

It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that upon her superannuation on 31.12.2012, the petitioner has completed the formalities, however, her retiral dues have not been paid. Petitioner claims to have retired as Correspondence Clerk from Ram Lakhan Singh Yadav College, Aurangabad which is constituent college of respondent-Magadh University. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the University submits that he has no instructions in the matter till date. However, since petitioner's dues have to be considered by the authorities and from the pleadings on record, it is not apparent that petitioner has made any claim before the authorities pursuant to letter dated 05.12.2012 issued by Principal of the College, interest would be served by allowing the petitioner to approach respondent No 4 by filing a detailed representation.

In the circumstances, parties are in agreement that in respect of the claim, petitioner should approach respondent No 4 by a detailed claim/representation. This Court would observe that the representation, which is to be filed by the petitioner, is required to be disposed of expeditiously and without any undue delay.
