A supplementary show-cause has been filed on behalf of the O.P. No.5, District Programme Officer, Establishment, Aurangabad, before the Court and the same is taken on record. Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, barring a minor discrepancies in the calculation with regard to arrears of pension and for that purpose he seeks liberty to file an appropriate representation before the O.P. No.5.

Patna High Court MJC No.600 of 2023 dt.12-07-2023 2/2 Learned counsel for the State vehemently submits that the order dated 21.11.2022 passed by this Court has been fully complied with and the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. Hence, granting liberty to the petitioner would add further litigation.

Regard being had to the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the present contempt application stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach before the appropriate forum, if aggrieved with the calculation as made by the opposite parties.
