The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No.129 of 2018, registered for offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379, 387, 354, 427 and 447 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a land dispute over certain areas of land which the informant claims. The dispute between the petitioner and the informant over the said piece of land has resulted in lodging of the present F.I.R. So far as the present petitioner is concerned, the allegation against him is that he had pushed down the informant with bad intention

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32064 of 2018 (2) dt.11-06-2018 and was pulling her Saree. It is, however, submitted that such allegations have been purposely made to falsely implicate the petitioner solely because of the land dispute. The petitioner has got one case against him in which he has been on bail. Learned APP for the State is present.

Considering the facts and circumstances particularly that the dispute between the parties is over a piece of land and in connection thereof it seems that the alleged occurrence has taken place, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa (Nalanda) in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No.129 of 2018, subject to the conditions U/S 437(3) Cr.P.C.
