JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-05-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Ander P.S. Case No. 14 of 2002, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is of making firing and causing injury on the thigh of the informant. It appears that charge sheet has been submitted showing the petitioner absconder and the case is of the year 2002.

Heard both sides.

In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, rather petitioner to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on the basis of materials available on the record, without being prejudiced by this order.
