Petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 215 of 2019 Reg. No. 1983 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 379, 420, 384, 406, 386, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact, the mater relates to hypothecation. The informant has purchased the vehicle on loan and has not paid the dues amount and as such, the Manager of the Finance Company directed the petitioner to take action against the informant. Thereafter, the petitioner has falsely been made accused by the informant. Further submission is that petitioner was made accused in one another case but in which he is on bail.
