The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No.813 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Recovery of illicit liquor has been made from the house of the petitioner.

In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable
