The dispute of the parties was referred to Mediation Centre vide order dated 18.09.2014. The Mediation Centre has sent its report dated 12.01.2015 and the agreement arrived at between the parties.
Learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no. 2 submits that petitioner has not complied with the terms and conditions of the agreement as yet.
In view of the aforesaid submission, this petition stands disposed of with direction to learned court below to proceed with the matter in accordance with law, if the terms and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43649 of 2013 (9) dt.24-05-2017 2/2 conditions of the agreement dated 09.01.2015 have not been complied with by the petitioner as yet. However, it is made clear that if the terms and conditions of the aforesaid agreement have already been complied with by the petitioner, the concerned lower court shall pass an appropriate order in the light of agreement dated 09.01.2015.
