2. Mr. Ashok Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Uday Pratap Singh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (APP) for the State, have assisted the Court.

3. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Choraut PS Case No. 81 of 2019 dated 13.11.2019, instituted under Sections 341/323/324/354/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the application has become infructuous as the petitioner has been arrested and, thus, he may be permitted to withdraw the same.
