Petitioner, already in custody since 27.03.2018, seeks bail in Town (Aurangabad) PS Case No. 93 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 149, 504, 337, 427, 307, 160, 295A and 353 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks bail on the ground of parity as one of the co-accused Akhtar Ali has been admitted to bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 27867 of 2018. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Town
