The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Saharghat P.S. Case No. 61 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Section-366A of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant but the daughter appeared and made statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which she disclosed that she voluntarily went along with petitioner Hare Ram Sah and solemnized marriage with him and he has not committed any illegal act with the daughter of the informant. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17865 of 2016 (3) dt.15-07-2016 2/2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Benipatti, Madhubani, in connection with Saharghat P.S. Case No. 61 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
