Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that the victim girl was in her contact and she was taking the victim girl to one Dipak Kumar and then by taking advantage of being dumb and handicapped the victim girl was being subjected to rape by said Dipak Kumar. It is submitted that the father of the victim girl lodged the case six months after the alleged occurrence. The victim girl is major aged about 28 years

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18728 of 2019(2) dt.09-08-2019 2/3 which is mentioned in the F.I.R. itself and then the boy Dipak Kumar having been found juvenile has been granted privilege of regular bail from the court of learned Sessions Judge.
