The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sajaur (Shahkund) P.S. Case No. 156 of 2017 registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits on the joint prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner and the opposite party no.2, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna, for settlement of dispute in between the petitioner and the opposite party no.2, who are husband and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16392 of 2019(5) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 wife, where both parties appeared and settled their dispute in terms of memorandum of agreement dated 13.09.2019, which is the part of Mediator's Report dated 18.09.2019, in which, both parties agreed to live together but opposite party no. 2 resides at Maika.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 submits that opposite party no. 2 at present used to reside at her Maika.

In view of the memorandum of agreement dated 18.09.2019 which is the part of Mediator's Report dated 18.09.2019, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur, in connection with Sajaur (Shahkund) P.S. Case No. 156 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
