The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 379, 385, 307, 325, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. On the alleged date and time of occurrence, while the informant and his son were on way to their house, the F.I.R. named accused including petitioners stopped them and assaulted with iron rod, as a result of which, he sustained head injury and fell down and when son of informant came to rescue his father, he was also assaulted by the accused persons. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. The allegation of assault is general and omnibus and no specific overt act has been alleged against these petitioners. Both parties are close

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 457 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
