The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mednichoki P.S. Case No. 32 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354(A) and 511 of the Indian Penal Code. Non-else than the niece of the petitioner made allegation that the petitioner scaled over the roof at 02:00 a.m. in the night and started teasing her. The informant raised alarm. It is submitted that the petitioner is uncle of the informant. There was a partition between the petitioner and the father of the informant but the father of the informant was not a party that is why this false case has been lodged. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15191 of 2016 (3) dt.12-05-2016 2/2 tried to outrage her modesty, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail in Mednichoki P.S.
