The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. There are recoveries of 14.1 litres of country made liquor and a stolen motorcycle at the door of the house of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that illicit liquor and stolen motorcycle were seized at the door of the house of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16534 of 2022(2) dt.12-08-2022 2/2 anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner stands rejected.
