JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-05-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S.Case No. 300 of 2016 registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that for realizing further dowry, husband and in-laws of the deceased killed her. Submission is that daughter-in-law of the petitioner caught fire accidentally while preparing meal and she was taken to Global Hospital at Gaya for treatment immediately and her parents were informed where they also turned up there as the same is revealed from the FIR itself, thereafter for better treatment, deceased was taken to RIMS, Ranchi where she was treated by the doctor and after ten days she succumbed to burn injury but informant did not lodge any case against accused persons within ten days and only after death, due to some

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, and the petitioner is mother-in-law, she , namely , Kamla Devi @ Champa Devi @ Champa @ Yasoda Devi, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Gaya in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 300 of 2016.
